Olivia W. Cheung Esq., the principal of the firm, is well-known as a determined, dedicated, and highly effective advocate for her clients. She devotes great time and effort to both educate her clients, and advocate on behalf of their interests, and takes a practical, common-sense approach to each representation.
Ms. Cheung graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 2017 where she was an Intellectual Property Honors Scholar. During her time in Law School, she was the Article & Notes Editor of ABI Law Review and interned with several federal judges and various corporations. Since being admitted to practice law in 2018,
Ms. Cheung's reputation for integrity and vigorous representation of her clients has steadily grown throughout the New York metropolitan area.
At each initial client meeting, Ms. Cheung will review the new matter analytically, and in significant detail. At such time, she will give an honest and straightforward assessment of the case or transaction, develop a strategy, and gauge the probability of success, forever mindful of the costs involved.
All options are explored when addressing business disputes, including litigation, settlement, and mediation, and all decisions are made in full consultation with the client.
